All exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

3. Follow the prompts to initiate your return. Print out the prepaid UPS Return Label and tape it to your package.
Take it to any UPS location.

Please Note : if you are returning items with our UPS or USPS Return Label, a $6.99 shipping cost will be deducted from your refund credit.

Returns must be in its original, UNWORN condition, within 14 days of purchase.
Please include the reason for the return.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Use protective box or wrap with thick paper. Item(s) received unwrapped or without the original box will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
